Connecting with comrades - The Latest on APN - Sept. 16-23

As the Calgary International Film Festival kicks off this week, we're looking forward to connecting with some of our pals in Cowtown. There's not much better than getting out of the at-home studio to see our APN friends in real life — and enjoying some great on screen options, too.

CIFF is also hosting its Podcast Studio in Eau Claire Market until Sept. 24; if you're in the area, drop by and wave hi to some familiar APN faces — namely, Kyle of Putting It Together and Kyle and Dave vs The Machine and Lucia of Repodcasting. They're working hard on the CIFF front these days.

And, of course, the week's playlist of new episodes is ready for your listening pleasure, wherever you happen to be this weekend.

The “subscribe” button on the Listen Notes playlist below will let you grab APN’s most recent episodes for your podcatcher.

A feast of fall from the garden — The latest on APN — Sept. 10-16

As the evenings cool off and the leaves begin begin to brown, we're happily harvesting, freezing, and pickling our way through the week. We even made a pretty awesome minestrone (Nonna's secret is a rind of parmigiano in the broth).

We're loving that all our favourite shows have started new seasons. So, as we carry on into the weekend, our podcatchers are well-stocked, our bellies full with soup. Yours can be too, with this week's APN playlist.

Settling in to the season — The Latest on APN — Sept. 3-10

We'll admit, it's been a challenge to get back into the swing of things this September. Between the lovely weekend weather and actually seeing office colleagues in-person, we're taking our sweet time to ease into the latest new normal.

That said, there's no such thing as "quiet quitting" for our podcasters, and the APN team has kicked off the school year with aplomb — and a shiny new playlist.

The “subscribe” button on the Listen Notes playlist below will let you grab APN’s most recent episodes for your podcatcher.
