One step at a time: Reflect and re-evaluate — The week on APN — April 3-9

As Alberta takes a step back in its Back-to-Normal plan, millions around the world are preparing to enter the month of Ramadan, which begins on April 13. The ninth month of the Islamic lunar calendar, Ramadan is observed as a time of reflection, community, and daily fasting from sunrise to sunset.

If the pandemic brain fog is affecting you like it is so many, turns out fasting might just be a good way to help clear your head. As you stare down the next few weeks of rising variants, try taking it easy on your tummy and getting some fresh air — we've got a whole roundup of new APN episodes to keep you company along the way.
