Speak up, speak up — The week on APN — July 24-30

As the world seems to turn in ever more absurd directions, we're taking a note from Olympic champion Simone Biles and admitting that in the face of high anxiety and societal pressures, it's more than OK to check your mental health and take a well-deserved break. In fact, we should all be doing it more often.

So put your feet up this long weekend and enjoy what the APN team has in store. We're taking some time off next week, too, so we'll catch you up on the latest listens on Aug. 13. Stay cool out there, friends!
