In light of all the ruminant-themed news across the province lately — from cheers for the newly named Edmonton Elks, to the prod toward the opening gates for that big ol' rodeo in Calgary — we've been doing our best to keep from ruminating on the worser stuff, like vaccine delays and variants of concern. Hard-headed, like the buffalo, you might say. (Fittingly, the collective noun for bison is an obstinacy.)
With that, the weekend's usual escapism comes with plenty of listens from the herd at APN. Hopefully someone will keep us in line with videos of delightful sheepdogs when we're tempted to argue with the siblings on just what to get Dad for Father's Day — maybe a set of foam antlers?
