Breathe in, breathe out — The latest on APN — May 21-27

In this final week of mental health month, we're exploring the buzziest of trends in the wellness field: Mindfulness. The concept comes in many forms, but one of the best ways to practice the art of being mindful is through meditation. Breathe in, breathe out — don't sweat doing it right or wrong.

Take a few moments to notice how you feel, and let your nervous system cool down with this week's playlist from the zen team at APN.

Another thing to note: During June we'll be taking time to re-jig our weekly updates. We'll still bring you our new episode playlists, but things may look a little different than usual. We're excited to share what we've got in store for the network moving forward — so stay tuned for details as we shift into summer!

The “subscribe” button on the Listen Notes playlist below will let you grab APN’s most recent episodes for your podcatcher.
