Sketch, set, go — The week on APN — May 7-13

Throughout May, we're on the hunt for themes to complement Mental Health Month. Last week, it was hugs — this week, we're acknowledging laughter as one of the best medicines out there.

Whether you get your giggles through podcasts or television or good ol' sketch comedy, a deep belly laugh can help shake out the feels in the toughest of times. And we're not even going to attempt to conceal how excited we are about the Kids in the Hall binge that's on tap this weekend. (Perhaps this newsletter writer is dating herself with that reference, but the KITH kids were pretty darn influential for us elder millennials.)

For the pod-fans out there, we've got all sorts of comic relief on this week's playlist. Check it out, and remember to tip your server — they've probably got a late shift at the improv show.

The “subscribe” button on the Listen Notes playlist below will let you grab APN’s most recent episodes for your podcatcher.
